4. Thumbnail Design Services

4.1 Ordering Process

4.2 Payment

Payment terms are communicated during the ordering process. Full payment or a deposit (as agreed) is required before final delivery of design files.

4.3 Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed upon during the ordering process. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4.4 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You receive full usage rights to the delivered thumbnail designs for your YouTube channel
  • Touhfa.art retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the designs to third parties

4.5 Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver a design that meets the agreed-upon specifications after the revision process, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are not available after you have approved and accepted the final design.
